I have been taking pictures and collecting memorabilia (some refer to it as junk) for almost as long as I can remember. I have lived in the Black Hills, except for a couple of years, so most all my “stuff” is local. I think now is a good time to share this with family and friends. If I have any compromising pictures of people or situations I may or may not make contact to ask permission to post.
For those of you that don’t know, I was born and raised in Deadwood, graduated from DHS class of ’55, attended college, got married, and had four kids. Never really had a full-time job. Now I have six grand kids and six and a half Gr. Grand kids. I have asked many people what makes them get out of bed in the morning and even though there is no wrong answer, they seldom get it right.
